So it is the first time I've ever made these or even tried them and i'm very happy to say I love them :). I imagined they would be gross coming from a pumpkin and all...not with this receipe :)
1 tbsp coconut oil
splash of Worcester sauce
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp greek spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cane sugar
*first things first..clean and dry your seeds try and get all the pulp off..
Heat coconut oil in a frying pan add spices stir together toss in your seeds and stir! stir! stir! make sure its hot and take short breaks from stirring allowing it to brown a bit on the sides not burn..took me about 10mins or less.. even once the juices are completely dry off pan keep shaking/stirring the seeds for a toasty experience haha.
and voila you have your self a healthy delicious snack..you can add to salad eat just like that do what ever you want with them its yummmyyyy!!

Avacado and Coconut Oil Hair Mask
This hair mask is my favorite one so far cause it doesn't smell like egg after you wash it and feels AMAZING. From doing all these masks my hair feels like its finally getting longer and stronger after all these years of patience of waiting for it to grow strong and healthy..i do it once a week only cause my hair is very dead at the ends but if you have good hair once or twice a month is fine too no rules do what you feel.
Ingredients:
1 ripe Avacado
2tbs Coconut oil
Mash up the avocado (the riper the better easier to mash up the chunks.
heat coconut oil and add to avocado mash up mix and your done.
I usually put it on at nighttime for about 2 or more hours then wash it out before bed wake up next morning and style as usual. you can also sleep in it all night if you wanted too. I will do it tonight its in my hair as we speak. I will add to this page tomorrow morning with photo to follow of the results :)

Egg and Coconut oil Hair Mask
so I'm always up for trying new things to grow my hair fast lol here's a review on my latest:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 egg
melt oil to liquid form in a glass bowl then add the egg mix well
apply to your hair then clip it up
put shower cap on
blow dry it for 1 minute or so,
plop on a gerban towel if u have one or just any towel will do
when your done it should look a little like this lol I thank Tara very much for my new "gerban" as we call it ;)
here is my results so my review is my hair feels amazing no joke feels strong looks shiny big plus what I wanted it to do...
buuttttt the only thing is that after I shampooed it etc I blow dry and straightened looked great but I can still smell the egg aroma so I would recommend washing it out a few times i will let u know how it smells once I wash it again that'll be the real test I recommend spraying a perfume or maybe a bit of hairspray to get rid of the smell.. I think I will only do this once a month but I will keep trying different ones and let u know what I think.
here's my blow dried result

Frozen Grapefruits
so i experimented this is the best way to do it I love grapefruit but it takes so long to cut it at the time and all that so instead I bought the Costco size amount about 9 Grapefruits lol and pre cut them put the pieces on wax paper on a cookie sheet in freezer for about 2 hr then threw them in a bag so that this way they don't stick together ;)

another health tip I learned last night was
5 worst foods to eat:
* Fruit Juice (of any kind)
* All Breads they are processed and have empty calories (including whole wheat bread)
* Organic Junk Food (sounds healthy but still junk food) lol
* Granola (high in fat, calories, sugar etc)
* Sports Drinks (just drink water or apparently coconut water is amazing alternative i never tried it)

Lets Begin
Santa Maria, Cuba |
So I was thinking about it and thought hey with all these cool things I keep trying through Pinterest and YouTube, recipes and just Google alone, I want to let more people know my thoughts about it and give out tips on my real experiences with it.
Blogger: for example, I'm not a writer its my first time trying a blog, but hey maybe that's the best part i can just speak my mind and it'll be more interesting to read :)
I love makeup, I love wearing it, I love putting it on other people, and I just love how much it can change how you look. I always use lots of colours that's just me.
I am always on YouTube looking at everyone opinions and tips on how to apply what to buy within a decent budget etc keeping in mind the expensive stuff is really good stuff too, and I will mention later on what I've tried and what I have; and used, so keep on reading and I will share with you in my blog as the days go by what I've tried what i like and what i don't like.
