Coconut Oil

So you MUST make sure when you buy it its the REAL stuff!!

This is the one I have, I bought it at Costco cheapest place to get it for the size :)



you should read somewhere that its UNREFINED, VIRGIN, ORGANIC COCONUT OIL ingredients should say no more than: Organic Coconut Oil
for this tub it says unrefined in a paragraph on the back..some say in the ingredients depends on brand I guess..apparently there's no such thing as extra virgin coconut oil so its probably fake ;)
 just make sure you read carefully that's all..otherwise the benefits won't be there.
