Goodmorning


615am: Just woke up, going to sit down and have my morning coffee. It's so good! Coffee won't ever be the same without the secret ingredient of COCONUT OIL!!


Ingredients:

coffee
Almond milk (unsweetened vanilla)
raw cane sugar 
1 tbsp coconut oil
cinamon
electric hand whisk

et VoilĂ ,




Alongside I have here my half grapefruit for my pre workout food :)


I just learned last night that grapefruit is the best food to eat before working out to help burn fat so I will give this tip a try :)


another health tip I learned last night was 
5 worst foods to eat:
* Fruit Juice (of any kind)
* All Breads they are processed and have empty calories (including whole wheat bread)
* Organic Junk Food (sounds healthy but still junk food) lol
* Granola (high in fat,calories,sugar etc)
* Sports Drinks (just drink water or apparently coconut water is amazing alternative i never tried it)

wake up early, eat healthy, and exercise...
